Service Agreement

By requesting a quote or booking services through Mow.ca, you agree to these terms of service. Our services are subject to availability in your area and seasonal scheduling constraints.

Pricing and Payment

Quoted prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, lot size, and service complexity. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged for contract customers.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Services are scheduled based on weather conditions and crew availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in service termination.

Service Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of the specific service performed.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your property. Please secure pets, remove obstacles from the lawn area, and mark any sprinkler heads, shallow utilities, or garden features. Mow.ca is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground systems.

Limitation of Liability

Mow.ca carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing lawn conditions, weather-related damage, or issues beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
