Our Approach

Our real estate maintenance program includes bi-weekly mowing, precision edging along walkways and driveways, bed maintenance to keep a clean and inviting entrance, and light yard care (picking up debris, removing weeds from driveway cracks). The goal is a property that photographs well for online listings and looks attractive for in-person showings at any time. We coordinate directly with listing agents to schedule service before open houses and photography appointments, and we can accommodate short-notice requests when agents need a quick touch-up before an unexpected showing.
